We have multiple groups of highly motivated and passionate professionals working tirelessly with our customers to help shape the future of IT international consulting domain. We are keen to provide variety of software consultancy and end-to-end solutions (3D&VR, APP, Websites, Applications, AR) that focus on the following 5 propositions (S.M.A.R.T.):

Specific Specifically define what our customers expect us to do/deliver. The requirements and functional design must be clear, unambiguous and mutually agreed.

Measurable Define specific criteria for measuring progress toward the accomplishment of each milestone we set so that we can measure and keep track of the progress (e.g. When and how the system integration should start and end, and when each success criterion must be accomplished by whom).

Achievable Every planned tasks are achievable within the assignee's realm of authority and capabilities. Some goals require us to stretch a bit to achieve them but they are not impossible to achieve.

Relevant Ensure that both customer and project team understand how their tasks and actions contributes to the attainment of the higher level project plan. This gives all stakeholders a context for how their work contribute to the immediate and long-term target.

Timely Each project task must have a clearly defined time frame including a starting date and a target date.
